Yoga with Susan
Susan will offer us some chair yoga to get us started. We are adding a little “tangle” during the first and last weeks, but the three weeks in the middle will be ALL YOGA.
Come and enjoy Susan’s calm lead with this yoga class and get a relaxed start to our summer session.
