Yoga with a little Tangle

Yoga with a Little Tangle!  

Susan and Peggy decided to try something a little different with our chair yoga class.  We will start with a bit of relaxing yoga and get stretched and all the joints loosened up.  Then we will do a really mini tangle – also meditative and relaxing.  Then we will finish up with some additional yoga to make sure we finish off with calm.
